Game Coins Policy

This Game Coins Policy (“Game Coins Policy”) governs your use of our Game Coins feature on Sharechat & Moj. The terms “you” and “your” refer to a user of Sharechat or Moj.

This Game Coins Policy is a part of and is to be read with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Content and Community Guidelines (“Platform Terms”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Game Coins Policy and the Platform Terms, the Platform Terms will prevail.

Your continued use amounts to an acceptance of the terms in this Game Coins Policy. Please read this Game Coins Policy and our Platform Terms carefully.

How Do Game Coins Work?

Game coins are loyalty points awarded to users for using Sharechat & Moj (“Game Coins”). These Game Coins are promotional and cannot be bought. You earn them by playing games, making purchases, and participating in other activities on Sharechat & Moj.

You must be signed into your account and have verified your phone number to receive any Game Coins.

[You can use Game Coins to get rewards like stickers, vouchers, or cash prizes. Vouchers are promotions from third parties on Sharechat & Moj and do not require payment.

You may cash out your in-app rewards to your bank account by providing your UPI id. We will store and process this information securely for future transactions.]

Game Coins are for personal use only, not commercial.

If your account is terminated, we will not refund any amounts for unused Game Coins.

We have the right to change this policy at any time or discontinue or modify the Game Coins system. If Game Coins are discontinued, unused coins will be forfeited.

You are responsible for any taxes related to Game Coins and must disclose this to regulatory authorities, if required to do so.

By using Game Coins, you allow us to use your details for trade, advertising, and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

We do not guarantee the availability or error-free nature of Game Coins [or rewards]. We are not liable for any losses you may incur due to inaccurate information or actions by third parties, or because of the loss/blocking of your mobile number or UPI id.
